Payments
Full payment must be submitted upon placement of order. There are no payment plans such as klarna, paylater, etc. If you are unable to fully pay for a garment, please consider booking a custom design that fits your budget. Email sennceo@dojosenchai.com to book a custom garment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay as forms of payment.
All custom designs require a deposit before confirmation of booking. Once deposit is paid in full, appointment will be confirmed and you will receive a copy of your invoice.
Shipping
- Processing/Handling: All designs are made to order, unless stated otherwise, and may take up to one week to process. Custom designs may vary. Please be patient with us, as all designs are shipped the immediate shipping day following production completion.
- Email notifications will be sent out once an order has shipped out, and will include the tracking number to access the status of your order. For any further shipment questions, email info@dojosenchai.com.
Dojo Senchai is not responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation of an order.
Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
Due to sanitary purposes, there are no returns. If alterations need to be made, please note that all garments come with one $10 alteration coupon. Feel free to contact the CEO directly at sennceo@dojosenchai.com for all alteration inquires.
